Sponsorship Opportunities

 
SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM - 2009

The following outlines the four levels of sponsorship opportunities available to you/your organization.  The annual cost is indicated along with the activities included with each level.

GOLD LEVEL $7,500.00:

  • Full recognition as an OMHRA Sponsor
  • Exclusive sponsorship of a major activity of your choice, eg. Annual Golf Tournament, Banquet, Keynote Speaker .. (first come, first serve)
  • Registration for up to three (3) representatives ** for both the Spring and Fall Events (including golf, keynote speaker, banquet, database/web-site maintenance)
  • Sponsor recognition during both the spring and fall events
  • Sponsor booth at both the spring and fall events
  • Inclusion of promotional material/items in event binder/package
  • Logo / web-link on home page of OMHRA web-site
  • Guest speaker introduction at spring and fall events
  • Presenter / speaker on relevant topics at events, individual seminars, etc. - associated costs (mileage, meals, etc. covered)
  • Regular advertisement in OMHRA ECHO
  • Two (2) broadcasts to members each year
  • Sponsorship of the OMHRA ECHO - included on the regular distribution list (Submission forms and ECHO newsletter)
  • Article submission (at no charge) in OMHRA ECHO

SILVER LEVEL $5,000.00:

  • Full recognition as OMHRA Sponsor
  • Identified as sponsors of the Hospitality Suite(s)
  • Registration for up to two (2) representatives ** for both the Spring and Fall Events
  • Sponsor recognition during both the spring and fall events
  • Sponsor booth at both the spring and fall events
  • Inclusion of promotional material/items in event binder/package
  • Logo and web-link in Sponsor section of OMHRA web-site
  • Presenter / speaker at events
  • One (1) broadcast to members each year

BRONZE LEVEL $2,000.00:

  • Full recognition as OMHRA Sponsor 
  • Registration for one (1) representative ** for both the Spring and Fall Events
  • Sponsor recognition during both the spring and fall events
  • Inclusion of promotional material/items in event binder/package
  • Presenter / speaker at events, individual seminars, etc.
  • Choice of Display Booth at Spring or Fall Event -   OR   - Placement of web-link in the Sponsor section of the OMHRA web-site

Further options under the Bronze Level:
Display booth at both the Spring and Fall Events - additional $500.00
Along with the Display Booth option, Placement of a web-link on the OMHRA web-site - additional $500.00


GENERAL SPONSORSHIP $750.00:

  • Registration for one (1) representative ** for the Spring or Fall Event
  • Display booth at either the Spring or Fall Event - additional $250.00
  • Full recognition as OMHRA Sponsor

**Please note:  We welcome additional representatives from your organization - our non-member registration fee will apply for all levels of sponsorship.
